At Al Mulook, every order is prepared with care and delivered to your door. This policy explains how and when we deliver.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to all areas across Kuwait. We do not ship outside Kuwait at this time.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free on every order within Kuwait. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details and arrange a convenient delivery time.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for all orders. Please have the order total ready in Kuwaiti Dinar when your order arrives.

Delays and missed deliveries

If we cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, delivery may be rescheduled. We will always try to contact you before cancelling an order.
